I live in Redding.
I assume you mean good schools for your young children. There are several great schools around here. You'll have your pick. None of them are very big and Redding is a good town so you don't have to worry too much. A couple good ones, depending on their age are Redding Christian and Enterprise.
As far as neighborhoods, if you want a house there are a couple great neighborhoods right off Shasta View Dr. just north of 44 but south of Old Alturas. I can't think of their names right now, but I have a few friends that live there.Anyone from Redding, CA that can advise an out-of-stater moving in about good neighborhoods and schools?
Grant elementary school is a good school but it's kind of on the outskirts of town. shasta high is a good high school as well.Anyone from Redding, CA that can advise an out-of-stater moving in about good neighborhoods and schools?
Country Heights is a great neighborhood.
