Hi i would like to know what food is good when being on a strict diet. Can anyone advise me?

Foods that are great for dieting are:


Apples


Pears


Grapefruit


Lean meats(protein)


Low-fat yogurt


Oatmeal

I assume that you are trying to lose weight by going on a strict diet. In my opinion, eating everything healthy is the key point. Try to eat balanced meals with lots of fibers, vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of water and cut down consumption on food like fatty, fried, sugary, etc food. You can still indulge in things like chocolates once in a while, just don't overdo it.





Being on a strict diet alone is not enough to lose weight successfully. Combine it with exercising, you need to tone up your body in order to look good.

It depends on what is strict about your diet. It can be many factors. Are you trying to cut Calories, sugar, carbs, fat?





Fruits and Veggies are best, plus high fiber foods and cottage cheese is also good.
Eat vegtables and Frutit, they are both very low in fat and calories,and are good for you. Do not restrict your calories, too much as it is counter productive.

You can never go wrong with fruits, vegetables, and plenty of water. Stay away from fast food, deep fried food and sodas.


Replace bread with wheat bread, milk with skim or non fat milk, and use dressings sparingly!
