I am receiving a lot of full size pop-ups and I think they are being generated by Yahoo. Can you advise?

I had my computer checked by the Geek Squad and they found no viruses or any other reason for the pop-ups. I am receiving a lot of full size pop-ups and I think they are being generated by Yahoo. Can you advise?
My Yahoo! toolbar has a pop-up blocker on it. It is on and today says it has blocked 239. So if they are Yahoo! generated maybe that is the pop-up blocker you need. If you look at Tools, Internet Options, Advanced you can choose to stop some things from working - if u want!!! I am receiving a lot of full size pop-ups and I think they are being generated by Yahoo. Can you advise?
The pop ups are just the new changes and arrangements for asking and answering questions on Yahoo! Answers. They made it different now. Whenever you want to answer a question, they will appear with a pop up, for advise to make a good answer, then it might pop up because of your misspellings, or punctuation, or grammar. They made a few touches to the new thing, there isn't any viruses.
