If i advise a superior court judge that i'm about to appeal his decision.?

if he knew he was blatantly wrong would he consider, and be allowed to change his decision. If i advise a superior court judge that i'm about to appeal his decision.?
Once a Court renders a decision, they aren't going to change it, and the case is over. You'd need to appeal. And, just letting him know you're going to appeal isn't going to convince him he's ';blatantly wrong'; anyway. If i advise a superior court judge that i'm about to appeal his decision.?
Probably not. Trial level judges are accustomed to having their decisions appealed. It doesn't bother them. Telling a judge that you are going to appeal his decision accomplishes nothing.
