i need good adviseAm preqnant and i advise for good food for my baby to grow well in my stomach?
Just the obvious really fruit and vegetables and stuff like wholemeal bread and brown rice. Also the usual recommended daily calorie intake is normally 2000 for women, when pregnant it is best to eat 300 extra a day. Avoid coffee and cola. tea and juice are fine. First start to a healthy baby...early, and consistent prenatal care. Make sure to get monthly checkups, to make sure your baby is growing properly. Start taking a prenatal vitamin daily. They are full of iron, and folic acid, which helps reduce the risk of birth defects.





As for what you eat, you should be eating healthy, well-balanced diet. Make sure to eat plenty of vegetables, fruit, lean meat, and low fat dairy. Drink plenty of milk, and have yogurt as a snack. Whole grains like wheat, barley, and oatmeal will help you have regular bowel movements. This is important because many pregnant women suffer from constipation due to the high iron in the vitamins, and get hemorrhoids.





The only thing you should limit youself on is fish. No more than 6 oz per week, of canned tuna ,and fresh fish. Stay away from all raw fish, such as sushi. You don't want to take in too much mercury...that could effect the health of your fetus.
