My right hand joint near elbow is paining even after taking Microcid capsule as per ort hopaedician advise.why

i know this sounds weired.. about a year ago this happened to me.. i asked a friend, her name is Diane we are not doctors but what she said was punch out in front of you with that hand straight out a few times and you will hear a pop and the pain will disapear.. worked great !!
