There are millions of mutts like Shorkie, Labradoodle, Cockapoos and Golddoodles literally dying for lack of homes, adopt a mutt from a shelter. If the mutt is long haired you have the choice of constant brushing or pro grooming and shaving the dog. All dogs need quality food, water, exercise and vet care, no diff between what a mongrel needs and a purebred except amount.I want to buy a shorkie dog, can anyone offer advise on how they need to be looked after please?
You do know this is not a recognised breed?


It's just a Shih Tzu and a Yorkie bred together by irresponsible breeders


You will never find a reputable breeder of these dogs


Your best bet would be to look in a shelter, no doubt theres a few of these 'designer' dogs around
i would not pay money to a back-yard breeder for a unhealthy { you never know the bloodlines of the ..mutt crosses ..} and un-registered puppy !!! i work way to hard for my money to give it to an un-scrupulous breeder out to make a quick buck on an un-educated person.

Sorry But i dont have a clue.
I have no idea what a shorkie is... ALL dogs need to be looked after in much the same way.... mongrel dogs and silly cross breeds are no different.
