advice can be from either side - what to do, or what not to do.
I'd vote qualified, but would like to hear the what not to do from that person.

Well, I've been married and divorced 2x, so I'd say you're qualified to advise on what NOT to do/look for in a guy, and to point out warning signs. However, I would not expect anyone to take advice from me regarding ';do you think he's a good one to marry?'; Obviously, my judgement is a little screwed up in regards to that...
I guess it depends on if you've learned anything and what you've learned.
My knee-jerk reaction is to say ';no'; because you should've learned something after the first (or second) time. But, then again, you could just be a poor judge of character and had bad spouses.
I'd say qualified. I'd take advice from someone who's been married 4 times over the advice of someone who had never done it.
I hope someday to be on my 4th marriage. I'm still trying to find victim #2.

well if you're mormon with 4 wives, then you could for sure give advice.
if you've been divorced 4 times..ehh its another story.
Sure you can give advice....but most likely it will be terrible advice...and it would be best if the other person does not follow the advice.
