yesterday I went for a routine health checkup, they did bone density test as a part of other check ups. I found to be the patient of low bone density.My T score was -2.2.I am tensed.please advise me what should i do?I have got osteopenia at the age of 33 please advise me?
Why didn't you ask the doctor who did a checkup for you?
