The best camera at the moment for $100 (on Amazon, in black) is the Panasonic Lumix LZ8. It's well ahead of anything else quality and feature wise at that price range. It has a quality LCD screen, a 5x zoom lens, and optical image stabilization. You can also adjust sharpness and noise reduction level to suit your tastes. Stop speeding. Its people that speed that make the gas prices so damn high. the gas companies see that people just don't care about the burning of the fuel, so they jack the prices up, and up. Not much you can do except try to get the charged speed reduced. The Insurance hike won't be a lot and will not be forever.

Can someone advise me on why a yahoo group can be temproarily down?

We have not been able to get into the yahoo group we own. It is like it has been hit with a virus or something. Is that possible? Two other groups we own are not having any problems.Can someone advise me on why a yahoo group can be temproarily down?
They could be on different servers and one has a problem or is being serviced...

A Group can be unavailable for various reasons, BUT, there seems to be an influx of people having this problem over the past few days.





I am moderator of 10 groups at Yahoo and I have been having this issue with one group since yesterday (Saturday Morning).





This morning two messages that I had sent to my group at around 10:58 Saturday Morning arrived in my Inbox at around 2:00 AM this (Sunday) morning--HOWEVER, when I went to visit my group, the Archived Messages are still not showing and says that there has been no activity for the past 7 days. It is also taking terribly long to even open the Main page. It's been over a day for me and there are still problems as of this post.





This morning I also received a response from Yahoo Support:

I think what you might wish to do is send a mail to Yahoo Customer Care--and let them know this since no one (including them) seems to know what is happening. This way you can include your Group name and they can look into it further.

Some of the servers are down. It's a known problem. Nothing you can do about it until the techs get it resolved. It's happened before and, trust me, it will happen again. Don't worry, your lists will return.

I don't know what exhibition of speed is, but if it's a speeding ticket:


1. be humble. admit you were going fast (but maybe not THAT fast);


2. go back to the area and see if there are problems (like you were ticketed 100 feet BEFORE the sign raising the speed limit);


3. Challenge the speed, if it was NOT by radar gun;


4. tell the Judge he is just an instrument of a fascist society that is keeping people like YOU down (this won't get the judge tio lessen the severity, but at least you get make an impassioned speech before you get nailed)I got a ticket for Exhibition Of Speed, any advise on how to get the judge to lessen the severity of it?
Exhibition of speed .Means to me that you were Drag Racing......If that's the case get a Good Lawyer...with your other tickets it will be a suspended licenses .....way higher insurance cost......Theres really not much hope with out one
Dont go to a lawyer to fight a speeding ticket, you'll end up paying him more money than the ticket. Luckily you didnt get charged with endangering others as well so just take it in and learn from the mistake and pay your other tickets. :)
Exhibition of speed is a pretty serious offense. I know in New York that will have your license suspended. Why did you get the ticket? Were you racing, or were you just accelerating at an unwarranted rate? You may be able to have it reduced to reckless driving. You may want to seek legal council. Go to your court date, and see if they offer anything. If they do not, plead not guilty and you will have time to get a lawyer.

Can anyone advise of a nice hotel to stay at in Sharm-El-Sheikh, Egypt?

I want to go to Shalm El Sheikh with my boyfriend sometime in October (not fussy what date) and would like to stay in a four star hotel, All inclusive for at least 10 nights, I would appreciate any advise anyone may have on this of any nice hotels that are not overly expensive..

I stayed at the Concord-El-Salam in Sharks Bay, its about 15mins in a taxi to Na'ama Bay. Really nice hotel, rooms are spacious, food and drink are spot on. Pleasant staff too. You can also use the sister hotel over the road.Can anyone advise of a nice hotel to stay at in Sharm-El-Sheikh, Egypt?
